Accommodations
The format for the meeting is essentially that of a retreat, and meeting participants are expected to stay at the same hotel to maximize the potential for one-on-one discussions. The hotel we selected for the meeting has excellent facilities for this. We also selected a site convenient to restaurants, etc. because this has sometimes been difficult at previous meetings, and we didn't want our guests to feel "trapped." We will be staying at the Embassy Suites in Downtown Portland, Oregon. This historic building located in the heart of downtown Portland will offer you all-suite accommodations and the ability to enjoy everything downtown Portland has to offer. Rates are $164 for Single, $184 Double & Triple. These rates include a full hot breakfast each morning for each guest. Reservations must be made quickly to ensure the best rates.
